Generalized Movement Screening

Join Dr Chris for a generalized movement screening: Follow the video and make a note of Pass/Fail on the following:

  • Neck Flexion (Chin to Chest)
  • Shoulder Flexion (Biceps to Ears)
  • Wrist Flexion
  • Lower Back/Glutes (Toe Touch)
  • Ankle Extension (Kneeling Butt to Heels)

Note:

  • Restrictions in Movement
  • Feelings of Restriction / Tightness / Pain (Note where they are felt, the type of feeling such as sharp or dull)

Use these as a baseline to measure progress and to create a plan for improvement.
