Eric and the coaches at Blue Titan have taken the time to film HUNDREDS of videos, providing multiple angles and points of performance to help you become familiar with the common movements and their most important aspects. This is not a replacement for in person coaching, but should help the average athlete understand and utilize most of the common movements in use today at gyms across the world!
This library includes Krav Maga techniques, CrossFit techniques, Bodyweight, Gymnastics, Kettlebell and Sandbag movements. It is an ever growing library so check back often and email us any requests for missing movements!!
